This contribution focuses on the growing need to design humanization paths and personalization of medicine based on both scientific evidence and social needs ethical. To achieve this objective it is necessary to connect the medical sciences, technological innovations, such as artificial intelligence, large databases, humanistic and ethical knowledge, a sustainable and integral approach. Personalized medicine focuses on the uniqueness of the person, considers the subjective characteristics of the person-patient and its physical, social, ethical, psychological, value and existential variables. The humanization of medicine and care places the person-doctor as a subject scientifically prepared and morally oriented, virtuous, trained: beyond stereotypes and misunderstandings, a priori preclusions or simplistic enthusiasms, humanizing means represent the doctor's identity between competence and hospitality, where both are necessary intersect pedagogically in the time of professional life, in the workplace and in interiority of people, in the deepest anthropological foundation.

Abstract
This contribution focuses on the growing need to design humanization paths and personalization of medicine based on both scientific evidence and social needs ethical. To achieve this objective it is necessary to connect the medical sciences, technological innovations, such as artificial intelligence, large databases, humanistic and ethical knowledge, a sustainable and integral approach. Personalized medicine focuses on the uniqueness of the person, considers the subjective characteristics of the person-patient and its physical, social, ethical, psychological, value and existential variables. The humanization of medicine and care places the person-doctor as a subject scientifically prepared and morally oriented, virtuous, trained: beyond stereotypes and misunderstandings, a priori preclusions or simplistic enthusiasms, humanizing means represent the doctor's identity between competence and hospitality, where both are necessary intersect pedagogically in the time of professional life, in the workplace and in interiority of people, in the deepest anthropological foundation.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
