The volume presents a series of data, empirical evidences, analysis and suggestions about the dynamics of the local labour market (province of Piacenza). The local educational and training offer is also examined, together with the demand side. On the basis of all the analysis developed, the Authors highlight the need of a strong integration among the various actions, policies and interventions implemented at local level, particularly in order to contrast the growing segmentation of the local economy.
