Some new elements related to the mosaic decoration of the Late roman villa of Palazzo Pignano (CR) were found during the excavations of 2017 and 2018. In particular, a large pit full of tiles never used was found. It can be interpreted as dump of waste of a workshop specializing in the creation of mosaics in the 5th century.
