Within the framework of the interventions to be financed by the European programmes, active labour policies play an important role, representing an area in which the Italian public services are at a serious disadvantage. In this context, the NRRP has been made concrete by the implementation of the ‘Employability Guarantee’ (GOL: Garanzia di Occupabilità dei Lavoratori) program, which aims to foster the development of labour policies by increasing the number of human resources in the employment services and introducing pathways to encourage faster placement of the unemployed. After introducing the role of the NRRP in the national context and subsequently analysing the GOL programme and the commitment of the regions to defining their regional implementation plans, we conclude by citing an example of good practice in the Autonomous Region of the Aosta Valley.

Abstract
Within the framework of the interventions to be financed by the European programmes, active labour policies play an important role, representing an area in which the Italian public services are at a serious disadvantage. In this context, the NRRP has been made concrete by the implementation of the ‘Employability Guarantee’ (GOL: Garanzia di Occupabilità dei Lavoratori) program, which aims to foster the development of labour policies by increasing the number of human resources in the employment services and introducing pathways to encourage faster placement of the unemployed. After introducing the role of the NRRP in the national context and subsequently analysing the GOL programme and the commitment of the regions to defining their regional implementation plans, we conclude by citing an example of good practice in the Autonomous Region of the Aosta Valley.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
