The use of data as elements of data-driven decision making is not in question in the context of for-profit organizations. Much less certainty exists with respect to the presence of an effective "data culture" in the sphere of social policies and its actors (public administration and nonprofit organizations), and especially whether and under what conditions this culture can actually represent an element of growth and development. The paper proposes an organic reflection on this topic, addressing it explicitly from the point of view of nonprofit organizations and their specificities.

Abstract
The use of data as elements of data-driven decision making is not in question in the context of for-profit organizations. Much less certainty exists with respect to the presence of an effective "data culture" in the sphere of social policies and its actors (public administration and nonprofit organizations), and especially whether and under what conditions this culture can actually represent an element of growth and development. The paper proposes an organic reflection on this topic, addressing it explicitly from the point of view of nonprofit organizations and their specificities.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
