The article draws attention to the ways in which, within the current processes of transformation, remote work and corporate welfare programs can act positively on the personal and professional needs of workers. It also broadens its gaze to that fuller manifestation of subjectivity that technologically advanced work, at every level, increasingly demands, questioning what the ways might be for its expression within processes of technological and organizational innovation. Such processes, in order not to be anti-human, require an integral recognition of the person at (and in) work so that the latter can lead to the self-realization of each person.
