An analysis of Catalunia labour market and employment policies and services is presented based upon an empirical research. The focus deals specifically with the experience of Barcelona on one side and with the intervention of the differenti institutional levels on the other (State, Region and Municipality). Also the whole network of the actors involved in ALMP is presented and discussed.
