The needs of autonomy, self-sufficiency and self-determination for a person in a vulnerable condition should be a priority and be placed at the center of any educational activity, which has as its horizon the realization of the full inclusive process. It is possible to move towards this goal by considering the characteristics of the network, in which the person lives, recognizing the value of each individual knot and, at the same time, working in a synergic and complementary way, so that nothing is left to chance: family, school and territorial services are called upon to collaborate strenuously and, above all, in a concerted and shared way, in order to be able to go together, in the same direction. One possible response to this significant need is the implementation of quality planning and the definition - through careful and precise observation - of the different phases with an indispensable character, which constitute the project itself. Support and advocacy for those living in vulnerable conditions should therefore be guaranteed precisely by the synergic work between different types of services, intended for each citizen and a living expression of a community dimension.

Abstract

The needs of autonomy, self-sufficiency and self-determination for a person in a vulnerable condition should be a priority and be placed at the center of any educational activity, which has as its horizon the realization of the full inclusive process.
