Le famiglie tra i cambiamenti della pandemia e la riorganizzazione dei servizi. Profili di rischio e strategie di innovazione per il sostegno alle relazioni familiari

The contribution presents an analysis of the relationship between the needs of families and the support received in the Lombardy Region two years after the on set of the pandemic crisis, through the data of a research that involved 300 families with children, 48 counseling centers and 50 family associations. The experience of families in Lombardy during the pandemic period has been character ized by very different problematic elements that have emerged/have worsened differently with respect to the gender of the parents and, to the age of the children. The institutions have activated measures to continue to offer their services remotely and innovate aid, through the internet and the telephone, but offering very variable answers that in some cases failed to satisfy their wishes. The re search also records dissatisfaction with the measures activated by the Government, worsening over time. The risk profiles and critical issues in offering help require the various welfare actors to strategically rethink support for family re lationships and to radically innovate the accessibility and diversification of interventions in the post-pandemic period

Il contributo presenta un’analisi del rapporto tra bisogni delle famiglie e il sostegno ricevuto a due anni dall’esordio della crisi pandemica, attraverso i dati di una ricerca che ha coinvolto 300 famiglie con figli, 48 consultori e 50 associazioni familiari in Regione Lombardia. Il vissuto delle famiglie lombarde durante il periodo pandemico è stato caratterizzato da diverse tipologie di problemi emersi/aggravati con differenti livelli di intensità rispetto al genere dei genitori e all’età dei figli. Gli enti hanno attivato misure per continuare ad offrire i propri servizi a distanza e per innovare l’aiuto, attraverso Internet e il telefono, ma offrendo risposte molto variabili che in alcuni casi non sono riuscite a soddisfarne i desiderata. La ricerca registra, inoltre, un’insoddisfazione rispetto alle misure attivate dal Governo che è peggiorata nel tempo. I profili di rischio individuati e le criticità nell’offerta di aiuto richiedono ai diversi attori di welfare di ripensare strategicamente il sostegno alle relazioni familiari e di innovare radicalmente l’accessibilità e la diversificazione degli interventi nel periodo post pandemico
