The essay introduces the main theme of Remo Gaibazzi's work from the Seventies on, that is the subject of the book dedicated to the artist by the Foundation created to preserve his work and by the Public Administration of Parma, the city where he lived. using in many different ways the word "Lavoro" as a sign and as a signify he realized a loto of different paintings and works that consitutes a kind of "philosophical" or conceptual art, confronted in the catalogue (and in the exhibition from which it derives) with works by other artists.
