The chapter introduces the experience of Humus Job, an innovative start-up with a social vocation operating which is committed to the promotion of regular contracts in the agriculture sector. The case offers significant practical and theoretical lessons on how innovative tools (for instance, a digital platform) and existing tools (a network contract) can become a concrete response to reduce the phenomenon of intermittent workers and favour the regulation of work in agriculture. It represents an emblematic case of protecting slash workers in the agriculture sector and of sharing the cost of jobs and is a positive experience regarding the integration of migrants and asylum seekers. Furthermore, the development of the platform with the network contract could lead to a relationship between supply and demand for vulnerable workers who need to combine multiple jobs, even in the same sector.
