Discourses for Europe in the Fifties reveal a strong emotive component. This contribution considers the strategic appeal to emotions insofar they are linked to past/present/future time. In fact historical context is relevant to decision making: arising relevant emotions, a discourse may help the addresee to take into account specific aspects of the situation which should not be forgotten.

Abstract
Discourses for Europe in the Fifties reveal a strong emotive component. This contribution considers the strategic appeal to emotions insofar they are linked to past/present/future time. In fact historical context is relevant to decision making: arising relevant emotions, a discourse may help the addresee to take into account specific aspects of the situation which should not be forgotten.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
