The volume presents the main evidences deriving from the testing of an output-related funding (and evaluation) scheme applied to CVT interventions in the wood and furniture sector in a district of northern Italy. After a general presentation of the sectorial and companies' contexts, the main actions and results of the experimentation are described. As for the used model, not only what worked (by a methodological perspective) is presented but also the main critical issues emerged from the field.
