The investments in information technology in the banking sector are growing since early '70s showing a growth rate higher then any other economic sector (with the only exception of the aereo-spatial sector). It is also foreseen an incremental sharp raise of IT expenditure ed the extension of automation in new business areas. This situation have pointed to the measurement of performance and the evaluation of both technical and organizational aspects of Inforation Technology. The case study in the chapter deals with the evaluation of a banking branch system. It analyses a simulation in a real environment in order to measure and evaluate the performance.
