The outbreak of Covid-19 has impacted millions of workers through standard workplace arrangements being replaced by telework/remote work. The FES & ITUC-PERC organised a two-day conference entitled “New realities of labour in the Pan-European region: remote work challenge and its regulations”1 , whose key information and practical implications are related and explored in this toolkit. The purpose of this toolkit is to equip trade union representatives with the appropriate resources to address the questions that workers are likely to ask as well as to draw attention to relevant sources of information, from which such representatives can draw support for their actions
