The volume constitutes the catalog of the exhibition of the Ricchino school of arts and crafts of Rovato, with particular regard to the works of master craftsmen in the working of iron, glass and marble; the result is a cross-section that, alongside the recovery of the high professional training courses of the "craftman's studio" (Brera), shows how the distinctive artistic talent of these artisans is combined in their work with the client and public expectations, becoming a figure distinctive of the decorative heritage and furnishings of the local area.

Il volume costituisce il catalogo della mostra della scuola di arti e mestieri Ricchino di Rovato, con particolare riguardo alle opere di maestri artigiani nella lavorazione del ferro, del vetro e del marmo; ne risulta uno spaccato che, accanto al recupero dei percorsi di alta formazione professionale delle “botteghe artigiane” (Brera), mostra come il distintivo talento artistico di questi artigiani si sia coniugato nella loro attività lavorativa con la committenza e le attese pubbliche, diventando una cifra distintiva del patrimonio decorativo e degli arredi del territorio locale.
