The volume focuses on some questions underlying the "migration question". Moving from different theoretical perspectives, by a philosophical-legal approach the contributions aim at drawing a conceptual framework with particular attention to the relation between law and social phenomenology and, at the same time, to the nexus between law and ethical-philosophical dimensions.
