The essay addresses the question of "Ageing" with special attention to some philosophical-legal reflexes. Moving from the problematic category of "ageing"/"ageism" and in light of the current demographic framework, the contribution analyzes the anthropological profiles as well as the political-societal-institutional aspects involved by Ageing. The goal is to draw a theoretical-practical horizon in order to promote better legal choices and for implementing policies.closely related to complex societies.
