The book offers a reconstruction of the planning framework of "agile work", highlighting the main points of attention that a correct planning of "agile work" must not fail to consider in order to be consistent with the regulatory system with which it is obviously necessary to deal with. At the same time, the volume indicates which new paradigms the smart workers themselves can refer to in order to fully participate in the transformation underway. And it is precisely the theme of organizational participation that is proposed as a key to correct reading, given that "agile work", through the individual agreement that establishes it, implies in itself a moment of co-planning of work capable of introducing dynamics of the whole different from the traditional setting of activities.
