Abstract
A renewed analysis of the text shows that a few parallels could be added to the imposing collection by M. Scaffai. Not only Homer and Virgil are essential models, but also Ovid, an author who enjoys a special favour in the Neronian Age. Technical aspects of versification and narrative resources are an important contribution from Ovidian works. In addition to this, in some cases one could detect a subtle intertextual discourse with sophisticated nuances.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
