Thinking about education as a project and path, open to personal and community accomplishment, requires considering work as a setting suitable for expressing human creativity. In a generative perspective, the encyclical Laudato Si’ by Pope Francis connects and modernizes the two fundamental dimensions of work: protecting what we are given and cultivating it so that it can become a source of experience capable of contributing to our integral development. Conferring quality on education is therefore a basic requirement for favouring the spread of respectable, satisfying, participatory occupations in the name of fraternity as the fullness of individual fulfilment with and for others in just institutions.

Abstract
Thinking about education as a project and path, open to personal and community accomplishment, requires considering work as a setting suitable for expressing human creativity. In a generative perspective, the encyclical Laudato Si’ by Pope Francis connects and modernizes the two fundamental dimensions of work: protecting what we are given and cultivating it so that it can become a source of experience capable of contributing to our integral development. Conferring quality on education is therefore a basic requirement for favouring the spread of respectable, satisfying, participatory occupations in the name of fraternity as the fullness of individual fulfilment with and for others in just institutions.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
