The reflection on occupational welfare (and on employee benefits in specific) signals the spread of a new sensitivity, oriented to the “shared value paradigm”. These are experiences that in the light of the magisterium show a way to orient economic action according to the principles of subsidiarity, sustainability, solidarity and equality. At the same time contributing to the economic and social well-being of the community.
