It will continue to represent an important support for companies and workers, even in an anti-cyclical key (as it has already shown in the final phase of the long recessionary crisis that we have just left behind), or the temptation to believe that, after all, is it a luxury that you can no longer afford? The authors tried to answer these questions also in the light of the dialogues born not only within the scientific community, but also with managers and professionals in the world of Human Resources, entrepreneurs, trade unionists, male and female workers.
