This is the presentation in Italian language of the postface written by Xu Guangqi in Chinese as a postface of the volume "Ershiwu yan (Twenty-Five Sayings)" written and published by Matteo Ricci S.J. in Chinese language at the beginning of the seventeenth century. The book is the translation and explanation of the Latin version of the "Enchiridion". The postface describes the value and praiseworthy effort by Matteo Ricci to present the Western culture to the Chinese intellectuals and it describes how Xu Guangqi had his first encounter with the Italian Jesuit missionary.
