The aim of the Proficiency check is to evaluate the ability and competence of an individual in performing their role. Through observation in the field, the assessor uses checklists to assess the operator's behaviour (competent behaviour), identifying whether what has been detected conforms to the indications provided by the procedures of the aerodrome manual. Regulation (EU) 139/2014 identifies the checklist as the appropriate tool for assessing skills.

Abstract
The aim of the Proficiency check is to evaluate the ability and competence of an individual in performing their role. Through observation in the field, the assessor uses checklists to assess the operator's behaviour (competent behaviour), identifying whether what has been detected conforms to the indications provided by the procedures of the aerodrome manual. Regulation (EU) 139/2014 identifies the checklist as the appropriate tool for assessing skills.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
