This essay intends to analyze firstly what meaning the humanist Felice Feliciano from Verone (1433-1479?) attributes to the notion of "word" in the dedicatory epistles of his four handwritten collections of letters; secondly, it intends to demostrate, by reading some extracts from three epistles in multiple attestations, how the "word" is for him a resource submitted to a continuous process of reworking, which gives rise, depending on the context, to "micro" or "macro" editorial variants.

Abstract
This essay intends to analyze firstly what meaning the humanist Felice Feliciano from Verone (1433-1479?) attributes to the notion of "word" in the dedicatory epistles of his four handwritten collections of letters; secondly, it intends to demostrate, by reading some extracts from three epistles in multiple attestations, how the "word" is for him a resource submitted to a continuous process of reworking, which gives rise, depending on the context, to "micro" or "macro" editorial variants.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
