The Chapter addresses the topic of “conduct risk”/“misconduct risk” with the aim to provide a better understanding of the nature and features of the concept and the reasons that led international institutions to identify conduct risk as being crucial to the operation of the financial markets in order to to assess the objectives and features of the new tools that have been put forward in the regulatory agenda to address conduct risk.
