Discourse congruity and coherence is strictly bound to the presence of semantic-pragmatic relations that connect discourse utterances as a sort of thread of discourse. Although logical connectives are mostly reconstructed inferentially, they can be manifested through discourse connectors of various type. The volume describes the linguistic manifestation of logical connectives, with a focus on connectors of argumentativity.
