Abstract
Der Traktat, der bisher nur dadurch bekannt war, dass er teilweise in einigen Handschriften von Michael Synkellos' Περὶ της του λόγου συντάξεως integriert war, ist auch in einer Handschrift in Castiglione del Terziere (in Privatsammlung) unter dem Titel Περί των προθέσεων erhalten und damit jetzt vollständig. Er zitiert elfmal Stellen aus Sophokles («Aiax», «Elektra», «Oedipus Rex»). Die hier untersuchten Belege (Ai. 582, OT 235, Ai. 319-320, Ai. 1399) bezeugen jeweils eine handschriftliche oder exegetische Tradition.
