The paper focuses on educational support for training practitioners as a strategy in the context of overcoming the distinction between training and research. In fact, heuristic and formative intentionality can strengthen each other by combining the production of scientific knowledge with the promotion of professional development in the so called research-training experiences. Research as well as training activities are within this approach redefined. Here, thanks also to field experiences, we want to focus on (re) training task configuration to highlight educational support potentiality.
