In this contribution, the prevention of human rights violations is first of all examined with a view to the traditional rule of prior exhaustion of internal remedies, understood as a precondition for international responsibility (para.1). Secondly, the above topic is considered both from the point of view of attribution of conduct to the State (for the purposes of responsibility) and the phenomenon of "positive" obligations within the international protection of human rights (para. 2). Futhermore, it is submitted that some positive effects for the sake of prevention of human rights violations flow from some recent developments of the legal regime of consequences of an internationally wrongful act (para.3). Some concluding remarks are lastly devoted to the prevention of human rights violations considered as a typical dimension of international responsibility for human rights violations.

Abstract
Some concluding remarks are lastly devoted to the prevention of human rights violations considered as a typical dimension of international responsibility for human rights violations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
