Lavorare insieme per educare: il valore del gruppo

The disposition to work together is today more and more a possibility to look for, certainly in answer to the challenges that concern the educational professions, but also in relation to the fact that our existences take on more widespread individualistic connotations. Educational contexts are not immune to creeping forms of self-referentiality and egocentrism, which compromise the sense of being together and the value of sharing, certainly among professionals, but first among people. In this sense, participatory and interactive practices take on particular strategic importance; among these, the team work.

La disposizione al lavorare insieme costituisce sempre più oggi una possibilità da cercare e da percorrere, certamente in riposta alle sfide che interpellano le professioni educative, ma anche in relazione al fatto che le nostre esistenze assumono in modo sempre più diffuso connotazioni individualistiche. I contesti educativi non sono immuni da striscianti forme di autoreferenzialità ed egocentrismo, che compromettono il senso dello stare insieme e il valore della condivisione, tra professionisti certamente, ma prima ancora tra persone. Assumono un particolare rilievo strategico, in tal senso, le pratiche partecipative ed interattive; tra queste, il lavoro di équipe.
