This comprehensive report analyses data collected through a qualitative study (interviews and focus groups) on the experiences and needs of victims of corporate violence, i.e. of crimes committed by corporations in the course of their legitimate activity which result in harm to life or health of natural persons. The study, which is part of a larger research on the implementation of Directive 2012/29/EU establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime, which interested three European countries (namely Italy, Germany and Belgium) also took into account relevand data from interviews and focus groups with operators (lawyers, judges, prosecutors, medical doctors, mediators and restorative justice professionals, victim support experts) who, in their professional capacity, have acquired an experience in dealing with this kind of victims. The reasearch methodology is briefly presented, and relevant data about typologies, perception and consequences of harm are reported, as well as findings about victims' needs, victims' access to justice, victim support and compensation, victims' resilience and the most critical issues and struggles victims of corporate violence face. The ethical guidelines which were enacted to guide the research complete the volume.
