The essay deals with the idea of social change in contemporary society, trying to show how a helpful conception of social change may ì be gained at the formal level. To understand the way current sciety changes we need a different idea of socia laws. Drawing on Complexity sciences and Science and Technology Studies this paper try to elaborate a different vision of social change more suitable to the so called "web society"
