Training Course Curriculum of the programme Financial Literacy for the Roma

Training Course Curriculum of the Finally Project is a very well defined document which consists of two parts: general and specific. In the general part, the authors justify the purpose and needs for developing and implementing the programme. They also define the target group, aims and objectives of the programme, training duration, enrolment conditions, as well as progression and completion of the training. In the specific part, the authors define the standards of knowledge, skills and key competences they want to pass on to the participants. Furthermore, the content of the training is described in detail as well as the organization of the training, training material and tools needed for carrying out the project. It is evident that every step of the project was thoroughly planned and is based on the many years of experience in the field of adult education and work with vulnerable target groups such as the Roma population.
