The work, further to the historical reconstruction of the trade unions, is focused on the analysis of the constituent elements of a trade union, as well as on the analysis of the position of collective bargaining in the light of the recent law reforms in regard.

Il lavoro, dopo una ricostruzione storica del fenomeno sindacale, è incentrato sull'analisi degli elementi costitutivi della fattispecie sindacale nonchè sull'analisi dello spazio ricoperto dalla contrattazione collettiva alla luce delle più recenti riforme in materia.
