Riflessione pedagogica e Laudato si'. Giovani e formazione per l'ecologia integrale, tra cambiamenti climatici e conversione ecologica in azione

Human activities are changing the global climate system, global warming is unequivocal, and the consequences of climate change undermine the survival of the planet and have serious repercussions for the poorest people and future generations. In his Encyclical Letter Laudato si', Pope Francis calls on young people to mature into an authentic ecological conversion. This convocation finds ample space in current pedagogical reflection, which invites diverse knowledge to meet in a scientific and cultural dialogue in order to promote new, more sustainable lifestyles to inhabit the Earth in an ecological way. Within this framework, the present research - from the perspective of general and social pedagogy - intends to offer a contribution in the discussion of a topic of pressing educational relevance, and aims to explore some educational modalities to promote an authentic ecological conversion in the younger generations.
