In today’s increasingly digital world, teachers can capitalize on technological tools and direct learners to increase their exposure to English out of school. Research carried out in other European countries such as Sweden tells us that engaging in online activities that require the use of English has motivational and acquisitional advantages and that learners who do so autonomously have better results. In the near future e-homework is bound to become a natural part of teaching.

Abstract

In today’s increasingly digital world, teachers can capitalize on technological tools and direct learners to increase their exposure to English out of school. Research carried out in other European countries such as Sweden tells us that engaging in online activities that require the use of English has motivational and acquisitional advantages and that learners who do so autonomously have better results. In the near future e-homework is bound to become a natural part of teaching.
