The exercise professionals using strategies and technological solutions to monitor the physical activity, educate and encourage people for right amount and quality of movement. One of the problems is the adherence to the exercise program, outside of the context where the exercise is supervised. As more and more people use the smartphone, this can be a technology to stimulate an active lifestyle, which is useful for health. "Apps" fitness for smartphone consist of programs that use GPS technology (Global Positioning System), the accelerometer, microphone, speaker and camera to collect data and measure the quantity and quality of provided work. The application analyses recorded data and provide a report to assess whether the personal goals have been achieved, give feedback frequently making it a motivation to continue the task. The purpose of this research is to check what features look for an "app" and assess the positive and negative aspects.
