Abstract

Propose a properly exercise is not easy. Regardless of the course of study (bachelor, specialist, master's degree) and professional (certification, refresher courses, conferences), you must have a mental approach and material is very open and constructive. Anyone who is able to say that moving is good. Still too few are able to say with a scientific and methodological construct, indicating the correct path to follow. Those involved in planning exercise to do with professional, can not be separated from a careful initial assessment and hence illustrate a workout program that will lead a person to achieving the goals and an inspection of the same. A path that has to be adjusted according to physiological and psychological condition of an individual, whereas necessarily his motor skills. These considerations are amplified and must become more precise, when it has to do with programming that must lead an individual to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle (an individual who, perhaps for decades does not practice any kind of physical exercise) and with people who, on the contrary, want to improve their physical performance, competing in sports competitions. "Advanced Fitness Assessment and Exercise Prescription" by Dr. Vivian H.
