This paper aims at providing a general picture on the French Thermalism conditions, focusing on the sector strengths and weaknesses, as well as on the most significant elements of the crisis suffering regions and of the most dynamic ones in the last thirty years. The paper also underlines that the French Thermalism renewal has been surely favored by the State's support in planning and management activities.
