Embedded-amphorae structures: a way to reclaim lands. Some parallel from Provincia Hispanica. Proceeding to the study of technical factors to observe a peculiar building method with embedded-amphorae, the A., who, since the 80's, studies this reclaim lands systems, explains some cases from Italia Cisalpina, like Mediolanum Cremona, Parma, Novaria and many other, comparing with Spanish cases (Zaragoza, Empuries, Cadiz). The finality of embedded-amphorae can be understood through lithological soil characteristics: the aim is the improvement of geotechnical or hydraulic soil conditions.
