Problemi di costituzionalità Autori: Vincenzo Satta Abstract: Si può senz’altro escludere che il concetto di differenziazione nell’ordinamento italiano sia un’acquisizione (relativamente) recente. Recente per lo meno da quando il legislatore costituzionale ha inserito in Costituzione con la l. cost. n. 3/2001 il terzo comma dell’art. 116. Perché è vero che la disposizione contiene una clausola di differenziazione (o di asimmetria), ma l’idea della differenziazione ha la stessa vita della Costituzione. Il saggio affronta criticamente la questione del regionalismo differenziato alla luce della legge n. 86/2024 che ne ha dato attuazione, evidenziandone i profili problematici in termini di coerenza con Costituzione. Una relazione che negli anni si è rivelata molto significativa perché è stata in grado di aprire dei varchi, di prospettare orizzonti per una nuova soggettività femminile sia sul versante laico sia su quello confessionale. Entrambi i gruppi, infatti, pur con organizzazioni e ispirazioni molto diverse sono stati animati dal desiderio di leggere, di interrogare il passato e il presente per trovare voci e luoghi adatti alle donne, per riscoprire genealogie e autorevolezze femminili a lungo soffocate nella storia. Abstract: The present study explores the evolution of a process of engagement and relationship-building that emerged during the 1980s and 1990s. This process transpired between the Milan Women's Bookshop, notably Luisa Muraro, and the Women's Promotion Group, born spontaneously within the framework of Catholic Action. This relationship has been instrumental in the development of new avenues and the exploration of new perspectives on a novel form of female subjectivity, within both secular and religious contexts. Despite their divergent organizational structures and inspirations, both groups shared a common motivation: to engage in the critical examination of the past and present, with the objective of identifying voices and spaces that resonate with women. Moreover, they sought to unearth and revive female lineages and authorities that had historically been subjugated. In the Byzantine era, a three-nave church with a baptismal font was built in front of the temple. The sanctuary has been investigated by the Italian Archaeological Mission in Malta since 1963. Excavations in this context have yielded glass fragments attributable to beakers, goblets, and hanging lamps. The study is part of the research conducted by the Mission (currently directed by G. Recchia, Sapienza University of Rome) within the PRIN 2022 project “URCHIN - Unravelling changes in island connectivity through integrated studies: the longterm perspective from Malta and the Tas-Silġ sanctuary”.
