Abstract: This paper reports on the measurements, design, and testing of a highly innovative classroom: the Piscopia Corner - Augmented Education Lab, built in the new MIND (Milano Innovation District) district in Milan, Italy. This educational space is designed to leverage connectivity, artificial intelligence, and sensing to enhance sustainability, inclusivity, and efficacy. As key use cases of the Piscopia Corner pivot on real-time speech transcription and translation of interactions, acoustics plays a key role. Improving classroom acoustic conditions is crucial for enhancing speech clarity, promoting student focus, and relieving teachers of vocal effort. The Italian standard UNI 11532-2:2020 states proper requirements for multimedia classrooms such as the one involved in the present case. This space aims for superior speech intelligibility, accommodating multiple speakers and addressing the needs of individuals with hearing impairments or language barriers, with a high outward intelligibility. The Piscopia Corner is a modern classroom meeting the stringent requirements of interactive audio-video activities and inclusive principles. The treated suspended ceiling integrated with sensor technology required a proper mix of materials to balance the sound absorption in frequency and improve speech intelligibility to achieve category A4 limits.</description>

Abstract: Per “sillabus” si intende il documento di riferimento di uno specifico corso universitario o di altro corso di istruzione o formazione. Nel nostro caso si tratta di conformare i contenuti e le indicazioni utili nel nuovo percorso di formazione per i futuri docenti di educazione fisica nella scuola secondaria di 2° grado il cui accesso è consentito a coloro che sono in possesso di una delle lauree magistrali in Scienze motorie. &#xD;
Preso atto di una evidente mancanza di omogeneità nei percorsi di formazione nelle Scienze motorie e sportive sia per quanto riguarda il percorso L22 triennale (Scienze motorie e dello sport) che i successivi percorsi magistrali (LM67, LM68 e LM47) ove non esistono attualmente insegnamenti M-EDF orientati ad una didattica efficace dell’educazione fisica nei contesti scolastico, si rende necessario caratterizzare e condividere tali insegnamenti.&#xD;
Questo paper intende proporre un Syllabus da condividere in tutti  i percorsi di formazione docenti nazionali da 60 CFU per gli insegnamenti e i laboratori di area specifica (16 CFU), nei tirocinii indiretti e diretti e nelle prove in uscita con le quali i candidati dovranno abilitarsi.</description>

Abstract: Capitalism’s defining feature—profit maximization without limits—drives instability, inequality, and environmental degradation. Traditional policies such as taxation and regulation have failed to curb this dynamic because they do not alter firms’ core incentives. This paper proposes a simple yet structural solution: a “maximum allowed profitability” (MAP) rule that caps a firm’s return on equity at twice the median ROE of its peers. Profits exceeding this threshold would be fully taxed, creating a hard limit on excessive profit-seeking and reducing systemic risk. Using ORBIS data for major European economies (2002–2021), we show that profitability distribution is stable, making MAP feasible and easy to implement. Unlike conventional fiscal or monetary tools, MAP directly addresses the prisoner’s dilemma inherent in capitalism, fostering a more balanced economic system. While global coordination is essential, MAP could complement initiatives like the OECD global minimum tax, reshaping incentives toward sustainable growth.</description>
